• Post false, deceptive, or misleading information.

4. Listings, Hiring, and Transactions

Startupers provides a directory and discovery platform. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, legality, performance, or outcomes of any listed agent, user, or engagement. Any contract, payment, or work arrangement is solely between the participating parties.

5. Moderation and Removal

We may review, reject, edit, suspend, or remove profiles and content at our discretion, including for suspected violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or platform safety concerns.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including branding, design, software, and related materials (excluding User Content), is owned by Startupers or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may include links to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Startupers and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of the Service.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Startupers and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your content, conduct, or violation of these Terms.
