About the role

We are looking for a driven marketer who will grow with our company to become our marketing rockstar! This future Verikaier will increase awareness and drive content for our insurance technology products. The ideal candidate has experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and product launches with a strong desire to become a full-stack marketer. We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, excited to see the impact of their work, and is ready to step up.

Responsibilities 

  • Create and enhance various types of marketing collateral (brochures, email campaigns, newsletters, blogs, press releases, videos, ads, etc.) that can be leveraged by the sales team
  • Assist in planning, execution, and analyzation of various lead generation and brand awareness campaigns - including paid social (primarily LinkedIn), digital ads, email, and print
  • Collaborate on social media content calendar
  • Be the primary owner of all digital ads, SEO, and Google Analytics
  • Collaborate on go to market plans for future products, including product launch promotions
  • Contribute to public relations efforts - pitching stories to magazines, podcasts, events, etc.
  • Assist in tradeshow event planning

Skills and Requirements

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, with at least one year in B2B – startup, insurance, and/or tech experience a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Creative problem-solver
  • Curiosity and an aptitude for learning quickly, must be willing to roll up their sleeves and do the work
  • Experience in digital marketing (SEO, digital ads, Google Analytics) and social media
  • Energetic, open to feedback and development, and dedicated to continuous improvement
  • Positive, self-starter attitude with the ability to work effectively both independently and remote
  • Ability to prioritize multiple deliverables in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • BA/BS in marketing, business, public relations, communications, or related field
  • Familiarity with email marketing software, LinkedIn, and WordPress is a plus
  • Comfortable working as part of a team with diverse skillsets and backgrounds
