  • Serve as the main point of contact for the sales team for any troubleshooting issues, client inquiries, or technical support
  • Work closely with engineering and product managers to identify bugs and test new ad products
  • Collaborate with multiple teams (client account management, product marketing, brand strategy, ads engineers, product) to ensure smooth launch for custom campaigns
  • Ensure campaigns are pacing appropriately via reporting dashboards and our in-house ad serving tools
  • Join forces with the Marketing Sciences team to test and certify new vendors and partnerships
  • Support and scale our vendor operations team
  • Have a foundational knowledge of ad serving and ad technology

What We Can Expect From You:

  • BA / BS degree
  • 4 - 5 years experience in ad operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities and high attention to detail
  • Adept written and oral communication skills
  • Foundational understanding of digital advertising and marketing
