Business Operations Manager - New Product Initiative

This is a unique role that involves building a 0 → 1 product offering at Lattice. Lattice is looking for a Business Operations Manager to join our Business Operations organization. You’ll work alongside Data, Revenue Operations, and GTM leadership to help lead GTM projects, see around corners, and find areas of opportunity. 

The right candidate is equally excited and comfortable with putting on their project manager, strategy, insights, and operator hats. We’re looking for someone with strategy chops who also enjoys detailed execution. Someone who can turn a strategy into a detailed action plan and manage the project to completion. Someone who can work effectively with multiple executive stakeholders. Someone who can put words to problems that no one else has.

What You'll Do

  • Lead cross functional projects across Lattice, ensuring that requirements are gathered, decisions made, deadlines hit, and the effort drives toward productive optimized outcomes
  • Structure complex and ambiguous strategic problems with recommendations on solutions
  • Identify and analyze growth opportunities in our go-to-market strategy and execution
  • Work closely with the Data team and operators to find areas of leverage in our business. Pull actionable insights and recommendations from both qualitative and quantitative inputs.
  • Work with others in Data and Ops to diagnose the root cause of current issues and to see around corners to prevent future issues from coming up
  • Lead or support initiatives from conception through launch and into scale, often by handing off to other organizations

Who you are

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS operations, business analytics, corporate strategy, product management, consulting or banking
  • Truly excellent project management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, with a proven ability to distill complexity into approachable language and recommendations
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to identify, communicate and solve complex problems and build scalable processes
  • Ability to easily work across multiple time dimensions - present and future - and multiple GTM functions - Data, Ops, Sales, Marketing, CX - as well as cross-functional stakeholders
