Once in a lifetime opportunity to join the founding team of a company rethinking the way the world‘s developers distribute their software. We are looking for a sharp, driven, product savvy engineer to architect and lead the building of our platform.

You need to have the engineering chops to set a big technology vision and the discipline and fortitude to make it a reality. Changing the world won‘t be easy but with your leadership we‘ll drive hard, succeed, and have fun along the way.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement and maintain high quality software to support new business opportunities.
• Participate in all phases of software development cycle.
• Manage outsourced vendors who will assist with the implementation of our platform.
• Work with Product Management and contract User Experience Design to identify and prioritize development initiatives and set timetables for developing/deploying our platform.
• Establish and supervise the software development process, setting short-term objectives and assessing progress as defined by the selected software development methodology.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience as a software developer
• Experience in Java, Ruby on Rails, PHP, LAMP (MUST HAVE)
• Experience with Windows environment (MUST HAVE)
• Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science
