What we look for is the following:

*BS Degree in CS / EE from a top school
*2 + years of proven experience developing large-scale software applications
* 2+ years of experience in Java/J2EE and object-oriented development
* Prior experience building Java based infrastructure products and frameworks like application servers, message bus, performance management tool etc.
* Past success at working in a fast pace and collaborative environments
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly effective interpersonal skills
