Agilone LLC is seeking a full-time Client Marketing Operations Associate in our Silicon Valley office. This position requires a results-oriented individual with both client service and technical skills. This person will work directly with one of Agilone’s larger clients to understand and manage client requests and will ensure client marketing needs are fulfilled accurately and timely.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to:

-- Manage timely and successful implementation of client’s direct marketing programs, including email, direct mail and catalog.
--Understand client data structure and be able to translate client needs into technical instructions for the SQL Manager on the account.
--Work closely with the client as well as with various internal resources.
--Ensure quality control throughout each stage of the process.
--Assist the Manager of Marketing Operations with daily client needs.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS include:

• 2-3 years experience in a client facing position preferably in marketing services.
• Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, pay close attention to detail and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a high growth company environment.
• Ability to develop relationships with clients and present recommendations.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and analytic skills.
• Working knowledge of SQL and database structure a must.
• Exceptional skills with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
